Essential Oils Help Release Emotional Root Cause of Cancer
by Health and Wellness Coach, Lori Daniel Falk
Did you know that we’re exposed to more toxins in one day than our grandparents were in a lifetime? Or that the food supply is so depleted you need to eat 25 plus oranges to get the same nutritional value found in only one a mere 100 years ago? Add to that the fact that cancer cases are expected to surge 57% worldwide in the next 20 years, according to the World Health Organization, and you can see that living the way we’ve been living is no longer an option.
The latest World Cancer Report says it is implausible to think we can treat our way out of the disease and that the focus must now be on preventing new cases. We must look deeper … we must look to the root cause. We have reached a point in history where we can no longer deny the importance of the connection between emotions and illness. Cutting-edge scholars and medical doctors alike are acknowledging that dis-ease manifests first in the emotional field, prior to becoming an actual physical ailment. Dr. Mercola tells us, “you cannot divorce your health from your emotions. Every feeling you have affects some part of your body.” Louise Hay tells us in her bookYou Can Heal Your Life, “To heal the physical we must first heal the emotions that created it.”
Here’s the challenge … to get to “root cause” we have to dig deep within the emotional body, the subconscious, the psyche. Resistance can and will often occur. Our ego mind does not want to delve that deep. It does not want to admit defeat, nor does it want to feel that pain. It would rather bury it and ignore it, than take the time and energy needed to embrace it and heal it. It needs to be coerced into submission if you will, because left to it’s own druthers it will not submit itself to this much scrutiny.
So what do we do? Try a subtle approach perhaps … Essential oils, a seemingly innocuous scent milling in the air, can actually provide the very emotional healing we are looking for, without all kinds of intellectual uproar.
Therapeutic grade essential oils play a big role in both physical and emotional healing. These 100 percent natural plant and herb extracts, that have been here since the beginning of time, have actually been shown to be highly effective medicines when taken internally, applied topically, and of course, inhaled aromatically. Essential oils vibrate at a higher energy than the human body and help to increase one’s vibrational level. As we use essential oils to heal our physical bodies and ailments, an emotional and spiritual healing can occur as well. Our bodies are being allowed to completely heal from the inside out, which differs from the medical healing that only addresses symptoms and doesn’t always cure the real problem or root issue.
The healing effects of essential oils can be subtle and profound. They can affect healing on all four realms of reality – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. However, the oils themselves are not the healing agents. Rather they are biospiritual agents which promote the action of the body’s own healing systems.
The body’s healing systems comprise more than the immune system alone. Although important, the immune system is just one aspect of the body’s total healing system which includes the subtle body, the psyche and nervous system, the endocrine glands, and others. All work together to heal and maintain health.
